After Phil’s training with Daryl Mirza and the NPWA, Phil started Hood-Pro, Inc. in 1997. His wife Melinda has ran Hood-Pro for the last 5 years and now her daughter is joining the business. Phil’s brother in Indiana (retired from Chrysler) started a hood cleaning business in 2001. He has since sold it to local business woman. She and her sons now run it. Phil’s niece and her husband have been cleaning hoods since 2002 in Greely, Colorado.
